The whole product is in beta. Every feed, tape, ticker, price and score shown on this site is a simulation. Nothing here is investment advice. We carry four newswires and nothing else. Several features described on the marketing site are not built, and are labelled as such. The longer version follows.
The pr.live terminal and every part of the service around it are in beta. Features, interfaces, pricing and performance characteristics described on this site reflect our current direction, not a finished product. What ultimately ships may not look or function exactly as presented, and features may be changed, delayed or removed without notice.
In beta today: a feed aggregating PR Newswire, Business Wire, GlobeNewswire and ACCESSWIRE; our own direction and magnitude model, scoring each release 0–100; the native desktop terminal for macOS and Windows; and the WebSocket and HTTP API. No other source is carried. Filings, regulators and exchange notices are not part of the product today.
Not built: the visual automation builder, in-app model substitution, agents that act on a fired rule, broker routing, and the associated hard limits and kill switch. Where the site says a thing is yours to build, it means only that the API gives you the data to do it in your own systems: pr.live provides no such feature, no integration and no support for one. Do not purchase in reliance on an unbuilt feature, on any delivery date, or on any particular implementation.
The running tape, the assembled release example, and the “Beat the wire” game on the homepage are simulated proof-of-concept demonstrations. They do not display live market data, real orders or real fills. Issuers, tickers, headlines, timestamps, sentiment scores, prices and profit figures shown in them are fictional and illustrative, and any resemblance to a real company or security is coincidental.
The delivery-speed figure on the home page is a measured median of wire-to-screen time across a trailing 30-day window. A median is not a guarantee and not a worst case: half of all releases were slower than it, and real-world latency depends on the source, your connection, your hardware and conditions outside our control. Any other millisecond or microsecond value on the site is illustrative.
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing constitutes an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security or digital asset. pr.live is a news and software tool, not a broker-dealer, exchange or investment adviser. Sentiment scores are the output of a statistical model, not a judgement about value and not a recommendation. Any trading decision you make, manual or automated, is yours alone.
References to the team’s algorithmic news trading since 2021, including aggregate profits, describe historical internal results achieved with the team’s own capital and tooling under specific market conditions. They are not audited, not independently verified, not a projection and not a promise of what you will earn. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

News-driven strategies carry additional risks: delayed, incomplete or erroneous source data, model misreads, software defects, connectivity outages, broker rejections, slippage and fast markets that move against you before an order fills. If and when automated features ship, enabling them makes you responsible for position sizing, caps and supervision of anything you switch on.

All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Source coverage may change as agreements and technical access change.
Any future third-party connection, including brokers and AI model providers, will operate through official APIs using your own credentials and subject to those providers’ terms.
The WebSocket and HTTP API are provided for use within your own systems. Redistributing, reselling or publicly republishing the feed or its scores is not permitted without written agreement. Rate limits, schemas and endpoints may change during beta; we will give reasonable notice of breaking changes where we can.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pr.live and its team are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, downtime or damages of any kind arising from use of this site, the demonstrations on it, the API or the terminal software. The software and the feed are provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
